The exhibition Creations, Potions and Rebellions: For a Decolonial Feminism, held at the cultural center La Bonne in Barcelona, serves as an artistic manifesto for historical reparation regarding colonialism, slavery, and patriarchy. The work Hábito Penitencial Perpétuo has been selected to integrate the exhibition through the project LEAP - Legacy in Progress, contributing to the reflection about a moment in our past in which the Inquisition persecuted hundreds of women for the crime of witchcraft.

EXHIBITION: The Devil, the Witch, and Almighty God

Solo exhibition presented in Lisbon between August 7 and 28, 2025.

The exhibition "The Devil, the Witch, and Almighty God" offered an immersion into the history of witchcraft in Portugal, bringing to light the names and narratives of some of the women accused of this crime. By evoking their stories, the exhibition pays homage to these individuals and invites a reinterpretation of witchcraft as a field of memory, resistance, and connection to a complex and multifaceted historical legacy.

PROJECT: Brixtia

A multimedia project that investigates the figure of the witch and its role as a political body, historical memory, and space of female resistance.

Through ceramics, embroidery, illustration, and tile work, the Bruxa project articulates material practices and historical narratives to question the symbolic construction of the feminine as a space of deviation, threat, and power, represented in the figure of the witch.

RESIDENCY: Witches and bitches

Online residency with the Sibling Collaborative group (London, UK)

between May and July 2022

This month-and-a-half residency provided a space for experimentation and deepening of my investigations into the monstrous feminine and generational trauma, giving rise to a series of moving illustrations that explore images linked to fear, the unconscious, and emotional legacies transmitted between generations of women.

Micro short film developed within the scope of the project Brixtia.

Flamma explores representations of witchcraft in the visual arts through a sensory narrative, proposing an inversion of the symbols related to witches in order to offer them power and agency.

PROJECT: Selvática

A multimedia project that investigates the monstrous feminine.

Selvática was a project focused on investigating the shared territories between the feminine and the monstrous. Through illustrations, GIFs, and objects, the project proposes to question the demonization of the feminine while simultaneously celebrating its ambiguity.

RESIDENCY: Project 'ace

Micro-residency in Buenos Aires between June 30 and July 13, 2018

During this residency, I took the first steps to deepen my investigation into the relationship between the monstrous and the feminine, starting from a dialogue with different cultures and mythologies about the representation of women as figures of deviation and estrangement. As part of the project, I created interventions in the windows of the residency space.
